Refund policy

At State Soul, every product is made with care and goes through a quality check before it is shipped. As our products are produced specifically for each order, we currently do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

No Return & No Refund

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned or refunded for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Color preference

  • Personal preference after delivery

  • Accidental orders

We encourage customers to carefully review the size chart and product details before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • A wrong item different from what you ordered

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement if the issue is found to be genuine.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production or are shipped. Once production or shipping has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
